Human Resources

The mission of the Seminole Community College Human Resources Office is to serve the College and its constituents by providing exemplary employees who foster a caring and professional relationship with students and the community. The Human Resources Office will contribute to the mission and operations of SCC by supporting faculty, administrators and staff in their commitment to cultivate successful students and further the mission of the College. The Human Resources Staff will be knowledgeable, skilled and competent, and will demonstrate a caring approach to employees and their work while fulfilling their responsibilities.

The Seminole Community College Human Resources Department will provide strategic human resources leadership and will be recognized for providing creative, innovative, equitable and rewarding programs designed to attract, develop, support and retain exemplary employees. Human Resources policies, procedures, programs and practices will be in alignment with Collegewide goals, objectives and strategies. The Human Resources Office will lead efforts that contribute to the mutual satisfaction and benefit of each employee and the institution.
